A showcase of the flavors of the Maremma, the restaurant menu changes with the seasons, serving imaginative and creative dishes and innovating without ever losing sight of Maremmana tradition.

Truly unique tastings, such as vegetable flan with cheese cream, coffee-flavored tagliatelle, oven-roasted stuffed rabbit with skin-on french fries, and decomposed cheesecake.

In addition, many Italian wines such as Vermentino Brusio di Gramineta, Rosso Toscano IGT Santa Lucia, Morellino MorisFarms, and Florus Moscadello di Banfi.
